We are looking for a skilled Financial Controller to join our team at GULP – experts united.
About the role
- Implement and coordinate the budgeting process for personnel costs.
- Monitor personnel costs: cost tracking, analysis, root cause analysis, and monthly forecasting.
- Collect personnel cost-related data and key figures and communicate these to key stakeholders.
- Prepare accounting decisions and participate in monthly and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate on business management projects and optimization measures.
- Ensure and maintain SAP Cost Center key figures.
About you
- Professional experience in finance & accounting / controlling.
- Knowledge of the accounting regulations HGB and StB.
- Knowledge in the use of MS Office and SAP.
- Knowledge of the use of a BI (Business Intelligence) tool, e.g. Power BI, is desirable.
- Very good knowledge of German and communication skills in English.
