Wir suchen einen motivierten und erfahrenen Senior Consultant (m/w/d) - Business Process Management, der sich für die Gestaltung digitaler Geschäftsprozesse begeistert. Du wirst Teil unseres Teams bei Novatec Consulting GmbH und unterstützt unsere Kunden auf dem Weg von der Prozessautomatisierung bis hin zur Prozessoptimierung.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Analyse von bestehenden Prozesslösungen bei unseren Kunden
  • Beratung unserer Kunden auf dem Weg von der Prozessautomatisierung bis hin zur Prozessoptimierung
  • Konzeption und Modellierung individueller Prozesslösungen
  • Technische Umsetzung der konzeptionierten Lösungen in unseren Kundenprojekten
  • Mitgestaltung des agilen Projektumfelds
  • Ausbau technologischer Expertise innerhalb der BPM-Gilde
Dein Profil
  • Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Software Engineering mit Java, Spring Boot und/oder Kotlin mit
  • Du verfügst über praktische Projekterfahrung mit aktuellen BPM-Tools wie z.B. Camunda
  • Modellierungserfahrung mit BPMN und DMN gehört ebenfalls zu deinem Repertoire
  • Du verfügst über soziale und kommunikative Kompetenzen, gepaart mit einem souveränen Auftreten
  • Du bist ein ausgesprochener Teamplayer und bringst eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft mit
  • Du hast Lust, dich permanent weiterzubilden
  • Du bringst eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Deutsch und Englisch mit
  • Die Bereitschaft, unsere Kunden zum Teil auch vor Ort zu betreuen rundet dein Profil ab
