Senior Logistics Coordinator for Last Mile Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Logistics Manager to join our team at Hermes. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of logistics professionals and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Last Mile logistics network in the Munich area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of logistics professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of logistics operations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Manage budgets and ensure financial performance meets expectations.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in a relevant field such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a logistics or operations management role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
