Opportunity for a Sales Professional at Karl Schmidt

  • Completion of a recognized sales training program is preferred
  • Experience in a retail or bakery environment is a plus

  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Responsibility for overseeing daily store operations and managing a team
  • Motivating and organizing the sales team
  • Monitoring key performance indicators and customer feedback
  • Developing the sales team and store performance
  • Creating and managing sales schedules and promotions
  • Sales of a wide range of baked goods and other products
  • Effective merchandising and visual display of products
  • Providing expert customer advice and support
  • Handling cash transactions and reconciliations
