Sales Representative

Opportunity for a Sales Professional at Karl Schmidt
- Completion of a recognized sales training program is preferred
- Experience in a retail or bakery environment is a plus
- Leadership experience is beneficial but not required

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Responsibility for overseeing daily store operations and managing a team
- Motivating and organizing the sales team
- Monitoring key performance indicators and customer feedback
- Developing the sales team and store performance
- Creating and managing sales schedules and promotions
- Sales of a wide range of baked goods and other products
- Effective merchandising and visual display of products
- Providing expert customer advice and support
- Handling cash transactions and reconciliations
