The Army Community Service (ACS) at USAG Bavaria Grafenwoehr and Hohenfels Military Community is seeking a dedicated professional to manage the Information, Referral, and Lending Closet Programs. This initiative aims to support Soldiers and their Families as they navigate the challenges of military life, including frequent relocations and extended absences. The ACS Front Desk Services role is essential in delivering comprehensive information and facilitating requests for lending closet resources.
Key Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service roles. Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and A365. Capability to safely lift items weighing up to sixty (60) pounds. Fluency in English is required.Core Responsibilities
Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with clients and colleagues. Welcome clients and respond to inquiries in a friendly and respectful manner. Provide accurate information and referrals to ACS staff and community resources. Stay informed about local services and community offerings. Develop expertise in ACS and MWR programs and services. Conduct various recordkeeping and filing tasks. Offer administrative support, including data management and office equipment operation. Assist with the intake process for military personnel and their Families. Ensure follow-up with clients and direct them to suitable programs or organizations. Manage registrations for ACS classes and events, confirming attendance as needed. Keep ACS informational materials up-to-date and displayed appropriately. Input client data and statistics into the Client Tracking System daily. Handle the issuance and return of Lending Closet items efficiently. Provide coverage during absences by coordinating with a qualified sub-contractor. Update class schedules in the Check Appointment System as necessary.APPLICATION PROCESS
