Position Overview

Join our cutting-edge team at Bosch, where you will collaborate with leading researchers to create sophisticated simulation tools essential for the design and development of vital components in various market applications.

As part of a dedicated research team, you will gain in-depth knowledge of our proprietary simulation software focused on contact dynamics (EHL). Your primary objective will be to enhance our models and methodologies to boost the speed, quality, and efficiency of simulations through the application of machine learning (ML) techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop algorithms and models aimed at improving performance, scalability, and overall efficiency.
  • Analyze and interpret datasets generated from simulations to derive valuable insights for training your algorithms.
  • Employ various machine learning methodologies, including Gaussian optimization and neural networks, to formulate comprehensive design models based on extensive simulation data.
  • Validate and showcase your enhancements on real-world design challenges.
Qualifications
  • Education: Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field with a strong academic record.
  • Experience and Knowledge: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python; a solid foundation in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and optimization techniques.
  • Personality and Work Ethic: A proactive individual with a problem-solving approach.
