Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including fresh produce, meats, dairy products, and other grocery items.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and providing recommendations on products.
- Work collaboratively with other sales associates and store staff to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to promote products and create an attractive shopping environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a grocery store or food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
