About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in the Bakery department. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and promoting our products to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the Bakery department, to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Promote our products to drive sales, including suggesting items to customers and creating visually appealing displays.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales associates and management to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
