We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic student intern to assist with various project management activities that support HR IT initiatives within our Global People Strategy & Transformation team.
Our team is dedicated to executing projects that bridge the gap between human resources and technology, playing a vital role in the digital advancement of our global HR processes and systems. As an intern, you will help maintain the Project Management Portfolio documentation, establish best practices in project management, and support Project Managers in their duties as a Project Management Office assistant.
Key Responsibilities
This position encompasses two primary areas of focus:
- Assist the Digital Portfolio Manager:
- Organize regular status update meetings
- Analyze the Project Portfolio and manage interdependencies among projects
- Maintain tools for the Project Portfolio
- Develop resources for the internal Project Management toolkit
- Facilitate regular meetings and enhance the internal HR Project Management Community
- Support Project Managers on various global HR IT projects (e.g., SuccessFactors, ServiceNow):
- Prepare for regular project meetings
- Ensure compliant documentation within projects
- Assist in project planning and monitoring activities (e.g., using Microsoft Azure DevOps)
Candidate Profile
- Currently pursuing a degree in information technology, economics, business management, or a related field, and seeking to complete a mandatory or voluntary internship as part of your studies
- Demonstrated interest in HR IT transformation and project management
- Previous experience or strong interest in HR IT technologies
- Highly motivated with the ability to organize work independently while collaborating within a global team
- Flexible in structuring work to adapt to changing priorities
- Capable of managing multiple topics and projects effectively
- Open and proactive communication style
- Comfortable communicating in both English and German, facilitating internal and external communication in both languages
Note: Students from non-EU countries require a German residence/work permit.
