Management Consultant Internship

Job DescriptionAs an intern at Strategy Engineers, you will take on first responsibility from day one in terms of content. You will be a fully integrated project team member, working closely with our experienced consultants on a daily basis.
You will have the opportunity to develop your analytical skills in current client projects and gain hands-on experience in the daily business of a management consultant.
Responsibilities will include pre-defined work packages, such as preparing and processing analyses, documenting workshop results, and conducting interviews. You will work independently and present your findings to the project team.
RequirementsWe are looking for individuals with:
- Excellent academic grades in a STEM subject from a renowned university
- Ideal first relevant professional experience, such as internships in a management consultancy or technology-driven industry
- A fascination for technology and strategic questions
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Excellent analytical skills
- Team player with good communication skills, empathy, flexibility, and enthusiasm
You will experience the variety of working as a management consultant on a real client project, tackling topics that drive the upheaval of technology-driven industries.
We prioritize intensive coaching throughout the internship to ensure a steep learning curve.
At the end of your internship, you will have the opportunity to interview with one of our partners and potentially write your thesis with us or receive an offer for a permanent position.
Entrepreneurship is highly valued at Strategy Engineers, and you will be involved in the development of our company beyond your current client project.
