About Bauer
Bauer is a leading global foundation construction company seeking a highly skilled Commercial Controller to oversee major international projects.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate commercial tasks during project execution and tender stages for worldwide projects.
- Oversee and evaluate major international projects, ensuring cost control, budget planning, reporting, risk management, and cash management.
- Provide commercial support to subsidiaries abroad, ensuring seamless operations.
- Monitor and evaluate project costs, conduct deviation analysis, and prepare executive summary reports.
Your Ideal Profile
- Hold a completed academic degree in a relevant field, such as International Business Administration, Finance Management, or Civil Engineering.
- Bring several years of commercial management experience, with a proven track record in the construction industry.
- Develop a deep understanding of construction processes, including calculation and contract management.
- Possess excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written, and proficiency in German and/or other languages.
- Have good IT knowledge, especially in Microsoft Office and SAP, with experience in budgeting software a plus.
