- Address fundamental customer inquiries regarding our software and regulatory frameworks.
- Focus on product evaluation: Ensure that new offerings align with our criteria and prevent questionable listings from entering our marketplace.
- Oversee marketplace entries for outdated listings and potentially problematic products.
- Monitor incoming transactions, detect irregularities, and investigate cases of fraud.
- Formulate fraud prevention strategies.
- Assess B2B clients with elevated return rates or PayPal disputes, engaging with them to resolve concerns.
