Job Description

We are seeking an IT Specialist to join our team in Frankfurt am Main. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, including Windows Server, MS-SQL, VMware, EMC storage, and Cisco networking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the proper maintenance, support, and documentation of IT infrastructure
  • Work on IT Incident-, Problem-, and Change Management Processes
  • Provide management information and recommendations for IT service improvement
  • Manage suppliers and purchase process
  • Maintain knowledge bases and training manuals for system administrators and users
Requirements
  • Degree in information technology or 2-3 years of work experience in a similar field
  • German and English fluency, with other languages advantageous
  • Knowledge of VMware, Windows Server, and MS-SQL
  • Operating Systems: Windows 10, 11
  • Office Applications: O365
  • Knowledge of computer and I/O hardware
  • Knowledge of EMC storage and Cisco Networking (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes (advantageous)
