Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Event Manager to lead our Catering Team in the Olympic Park. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing events, managing budgets, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 20+ staff members in the Event Catering department
  • Coordinate service, kitchen, and logistics operations to ensure seamless event execution
  • Develop and implement event concepts, menus, and budgets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct event evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing events and teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
