Position Overview: Event Catering Team Leader

DO & CO is a prominent name in the hospitality and aviation sectors, recognized for its exceptional culinary experiences. We are on the lookout for a skilled Event Catering Team Leader to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a dedicated team of around 20 staff members within the Event Catering division.
  • Facilitate coordination among service, culinary, and logistics teams, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Manage financial planning, pursue new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and assess event outcomes.
  • Leverage innovative thinking to create unique catering solutions.
  • Occasionally spearhead the organization and execution of significant events.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for major clients, taking on hosting duties as needed.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a comparable position within the food service industry.
  • Proven leadership skills in hospitality, catering, or event coordination.
  • Formal education or degree in Event Management or a related discipline.
