We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solution Manager Utility PV to join our team at Sungrow - EMEA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and driving the growth of our PV utility solutions in the European market.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to customers regarding Sungrow's PV utility solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, working closely with account management to provide tailored technical support and meet customer demands.
- Technical Presentations and Workshops: Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and trainings to customers, both in-person and online, to promote Sungrow's PV utility solutions.
- Offer Preparation and Negotiation: Support account management in preparing customized offers and negotiating technical contracts with customers.
- RFQ and Tender Support: Review customer requirements and provide technical input to support RFQs and tenders.
- Product Documentation and Knowledge Management: Manage local documentation, certifications, and knowledge databases, ensuring that all technical information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Market Analysis and Benchmarking: Conduct market analysis and benchmarking of Sungrow's products against competitors, providing proactive input to the company's roadmap for new product developments.
- Technical Background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Engineering, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or solution management in the Solar Energy Industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep knowledge of technical requirements for PV systems in the utility scale segment, including product specifications, grid code requirements, competitive landscape, and tender requirements.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English (C1 level) and additional European languages are a plus.
