Your Mission

Welcome to your new opportunity with Sungrow - EMEA. As a Technical Solution Manager Utility PV, you will be the key to our clients' success in the PV utility market. Your expertise in technical support, customer relationship management, and project alignment will drive our sales targets forward.

  • Provide technical support to customers regarding Sungrow's PV utility solutions.
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships in collaboration with account management.
  • Meet customers regularly for technical presentations, workshops, and trainings.
  • Support account management with technical questions and customized offer preparations.
  • Review RFQs and tenders, delivering technical input as required.
  • Prepare technical offers, coordinate system configurations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Interface with R&D and Product Management in HQ.
  • Manage local documentations, certifications, and knowledge databases.
  • Represent Sungrow in exhibitions and provide proactive input to our product roadmap.
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need a technical background with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales/solution management in the Solar Energy Industry is required. You should have deep knowledge of PV systems in the utility scale segment, including product specifications, grid code requirements, and competitive landscape.

  • Language Package: English at least C1. German and/or additional European languages are a plus.
