The RoleWe are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to assume a leadership role in the development and optimization of our groundbreaking blockchain platform. As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate closely with product and design to tackle big technical topics and build awesome products.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing our platform service infrastructure
- Providing guidance and mentorship to engineering teams
- Developing tools and frameworks to standardize developer experience
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technical architecture forward
- Leading strategic discussions related to our technology stack and architecture
- Developing a migration plan for evolving our current platform
- Identifying areas for improvement and innovation
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Proficiency in Spring Boot and Kotlin for writing production-ready code
- Strong understanding of distributed, event-driven, micro-service architecture and REST API design
- Experience deploying to cloud platforms using Terraform or similar IaC tools
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices
- Prior experience working in a cross-functional environment
We will conduct a series of interviews, including a screening call, functional interview, cross-functional interview, and final interview with our Director of Engineering.
