About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Platform Engineer to join our team at Arcual. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing our groundbreaking blockchain platform.

As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will work closely with our development teams, product, and design to ensure the technical architecture meets the requirements for feature development. This role entails setting strategic goals for our long-term architecture, prototyping & documenting solutions, and assisting the engineering teams in implementing strategic solutions.

You will take ownership of our platform service infrastructure, provide guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive our technical architecture forward.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing scalable and secure backend systems
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technical architecture forward
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to engineering teams
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation
  • Identifying areas for improvement and innovation

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Platform Engineer who is passionate about building and optimizing backend systems. If you have a strong understanding of distributed, event-driven, micro-service architecture and REST API design, and experience deploying to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure using Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, we want to hear from you.
