Responsibilities

Comprehensive oversight of legal guidance for new product and market introductions:

  • Independently deliver expert legal counsel on the introduction of new and innovative offerings, emphasizing data protection, compliance, terms of service, privacy regulations, etc.
  • Advise on legal standards for the creation, safety, and market positioning of our offerings to ensure complete compliance.
  • Manage judicial and extrajudicial conflicts both domestically and internationally.
  • Online Brand Safeguarding: Supervise initiatives related to the protection of our brand in the digital landscape.
  • Draft and evaluate contractual clauses concerning trademark and unfair competition legislation.
  • Oversee and manage projects with significant legal ramifications, ensuring successful and compliant results.
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Operating Officer.
  • Enhance and refine internal processes and protocols to improve efficiency and facilitate interdepartmental communication.
  • Support the global implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.
Qualifications

We are in search of a proactive individual to join our team as a Corporate Legal Advisor. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Fully qualified legal professional (Volljurist).
  • Preferably 1-2 years of legal experience, but we welcome candidates who have recently completed their legal internship.
  • Thorough understanding of data protection regulations.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach, with the capability to provide independent and innovative legal advice.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, along with a collaborative team spirit.
  • Excellent proficiency in both English and German.
