Als Procurement Manager Life Cycle Management sind Sie die Schnittstelle zwischen dem Serieneinkauf und den Abteilungen im strategischen Einkauf sowie den Geschäftsfeldfunktionen und Wertströmen in der Produktion.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Vertreten Sie den Einkauf für serienrelevante Themen aus den Produktfamilien.
  • Seien Sie verantwortlich für die Umsetzung von Einkaufsmaßnahmen im Lebenszyklus-Management.
  • Ermitteln Sie die erforderlichen Einkaufsaufgaben und delegieren Sie diese an verantwortliche Lead-Buyer.
  • Überwachen und analysieren Sie die Projektabschlüsse zur Optimierung des Lieferantenportfolios im Lebenszyklus-Management.
  • Übermitteln Sie Änderungsmitteilungen an Lieferanten sicherstellen, inklusive Terminverfolgung.
  • Bearbeiten und entwickeln Sie effiziente Serieneinkaufsprojekte in Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Schnittstellen.
  • Entwickeln Sie KPIs für den gesamten Prozess und erstellen Sie regelmäßige Berichte.
  • Weiterentwickeln und digitalisieren Sie die gesamten Prozesse sowie sichern Sie prozesskonforme Dokumentation.
Ihr Profil

Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Procurement Manager Life Cycle Management, der folgende Qualifikationen mitbringt:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau/Mechatronik/Elektronik/Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung.
  • Einschlägige Projektmanagementerfahrung mit entsprechender Methodenkompetenz.
  • Idealerweise Erfahrungen im Änderungswesen der Medizintechnik.
  • Erfahrung mit Problemlösungsmethoden (z.B. 8D, Ishikawa, 5why, PDCA).
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsstärke sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen im In- und Ausland.
