Strategic CRM and Retention Position

We are seeking a skilled CRM Strategist and Retention Specialist to join our team at InnoNature GmbH in Hamburg. If you have a passion for E-Commerce, Marketing, and building long-term customer relationships, this role may be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute international CRM strategies to drive sustainable customer retention and growth.
  • Manage technical campaign creation, reporting, and optimization across CRM channels to maximize customer engagement.
  • Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and retention through data analysis and market research.
  • Analyze customer lifecycle data to increase loyalty and profitability, and develop targeted retention strategies.
  • Design and implement VIP and referral programs to foster long-term customer relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Develop and present regular reports to track CRM activities and measure success.
  • Enhance subscription models to boost repeat purchase rates and drive customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and implement strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Completed degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in CRM, preferably in E-Commerce or agency settings, with a strong understanding of CRM technical aspects.
  • Fluency in German (C1) and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in data analysis and market research.
  • Independent, analytical, and well-organized work approach with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Klaviyo and Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Passion for health and nutrition topics, with a strong understanding of the industry.
