Digital Marketing und CRM Solutions Expert (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben umfassen
Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung innovativer digitaler Lösungen für Marketingautomatisierung und E-Commerce, sowie Verwaltung der Integrationsschnittstellen zwischen verschiedenen Plattformen und Anwendungen Leitung globaler Implementierungen von CRM- und Marketinglösungen, einschließlich E-Commerce und Sales-Cloud-Anwendungen Enge Kooperation mit regionalen Teams, um Anpassungen vorzunehmen und den spezifischen Marktanforderungen gerecht zu werden Verwaltung der Schnittstellen zwischen CRM- und weiteren Marketinglösungen sowie digitalen Anwendungen Unterstützung und Betreuung der marketingbezogenen Softwareanwendungen, einschließlich Schulungen für Benutzer, Problemlösungen und Systemaktualisierungen Erstellung von Dokumentationen, Prozessen und Best Practices für die Verwaltung und Integration von AnwendungenIhr Profil
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Digital Marketing, Informatik oder einem verwandten Bereich Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von CRM-Systemen und im technischen Management Fachkenntnisse in Sales Cloud und Commerce Cloud, sowie in PIM-Systemen und zugehörigen Softwareanwendungen Erfahrung in SQL-Datenbankstrukturen, T-SQL und ETL-Prozessen Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von CRM-Prinzipien, Datenmanagement und Systemarchitektur Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und agilen Methoden Gute Kenntnisse in der Verwaltung von IT-Tickets, der Lösung technischer Probleme und der Bereitstellung zeitnaher Lösungen Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, auch in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und SchriftUnser Angebot
