Your Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute strategies aimed at enhancing energy efficiency across our manufacturing facilities.
- Assess and review current energy supply frameworks to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Collaborate with various departments, especially production and maintenance, to foster energy-efficient methodologies.
- Track and interpret energy consumption data, compiling reports and presentations for executive review.
- Engage in initiatives to integrate new technologies and practices focused on energy conservation.
- Educate staff on best practices for energy efficiency.
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Environmental and Energy Management, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in energy management within a manufacturing context.
- Familiarity with relevant energy efficiency standards and regulations (e.g., ISO).
- Experience with energy management software is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive work approach.
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
