Unser Unternehmen, Dine In Taste GmbH, ist ein führender Anbieter von Premium-Tiefkühlgerichten und arbeitet bereits mit Quick-Commerce-Plattformen, Einzelhändlern und führenden Akteuren der Hospitality-Industrie zusammen.

Als Venture Development Praktikant (m/w/d) bei uns wirst du Teil eines kleinen und internationales Teams sein und direkt von unseren Gründern lernen. Du wirst eigene Projekte mit 100% Ownership leiten und deine Meinung ist wertvoll.

**Was solltest du mitbringen?**

* Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
* Ein abgeschlossenes oder laufendes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium an einer Top-Universität mit Fokus auf Wirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich
* Erste Erfahrungen in einem anspruchsvollen Umfeld wie: Food-Delivery- oder Logistik-Startup, Hospitality-Sektor, Strategie-Beratung, VC oder E-Commerce
* Unternehmerisches Denken und eine lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise
* Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten – klar, präzise und überzeugend
* Die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Meinungen zu akzeptieren und dennoch gemeinsam hinter der geteilten Vision zu stehen, um als Team erfolgreich zu agieren.
