Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Coordinator in the Fresh Food industry. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain process.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement and distribution.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of inventory levels, sales, and forecasts.
  • Communicate and collaborate with suppliers to ensure delivery schedules and resolve any supply issues.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement, such as reducing costs and lead times.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and coordinate with central logistic team, central planning team, and supplier warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
  • Generate and analyze reports on supply chain metrics, such as inventory turnover, fill rate, and on-time delivery.
  • Support the implementation of new systems or processes to streamline supply chain operations.
  • Proactively identify potential risks by conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and identify disruptions in the supply chain and develop contingency plans.
  • Maintain strong relationships with our suppliers and internal stakeholders, such as sales administration team, demand planner team, sales team, to ensure alignment and meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain best practices and fresh food industry trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve supply chain issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and supplier team.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with quality control processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and French is a plus.
