Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to join our team at Match & More. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute IT projects, migrations, and implementations
  • Collaborate with the department leadership and team members to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and maintain servers (Linux, Windows) including installation, configuration, and updates
  • Identify and resolve technical issues
  • Ensure system availability and uptime
  • Develop and implement security measures and best practices
  • Develop technical guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
  • Experience in cloud management, Linux, and Windows system administration
  • Knowledge of network administration, virtualization technologies, and database systems
  • Proven track record of implementing configuration systems, security measures, and best practices
  • Strong technical skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Nice to have: certifications like RHCE or MCSE and knowledge of programming languages like Perl or Python
