IT System Administrator - Key Responsibilities

We are a regional Managed IT Service Provider, List + Lohr GmbH, seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to manage our clients' IT infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT systems, providing top-notch customer and user support, and overseeing user accounts and access rights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Infrastructure Management: Ensure the optimal performance of our clients' IT infrastructure, conduct thorough error analysis, perform routine maintenance tasks, and install hardware and software components.
  • Customer and User Support: Provide expert assistance to users with IT applications, answer technical questions, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • User Account Management: Set up and manage user accounts, maintain access security, and ensure compliance with our company's policies.
  • Technical Consultation and Optimization: Offer expert technical advice to our clients on IT matters and identify opportunities for IT infrastructure improvement.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Manage documentation of our clients' IT infrastructure, changes, error resolutions, and support requests.
Requirements:
  • Completed training as a IT specialist or similar qualification.
  • Experience in customer support and field service.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and Virtualization.
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
