Reesmarx is a distinguished global entity specializing in project management, providing certifications, standards, and resources aimed at enhancing the profession. The organization is dedicated to supporting project managers through educational initiatives, research, and community involvement to improve project success rates worldwide.

In this role, reporting to the Regional Managing Director or Manager of PSM, the focus will be on securing new clientele, boosting the utilization of PMI products, and overseeing existing client accounts through strategic initiatives. This position involves spearheading product engagement efforts, aiding in the formulation of regional business strategies, and aligning organizational goals to fortify market presence and fulfill regional objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with Regional Leadership: Identify and engage with regional Key Accounts, developing tailored strategies to meet their needs.
  • Account Plan Development: Take ownership of creating, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive account plans to enhance executive relationships and project delivery networks within each account.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive business success by achieving revenue targets through the promotion of PMI products within both new and existing accounts, while expanding the B2B Key Account customer base.
  • Primary Relationship Management: Serve as the principal relationship manager for key organizational stakeholders within the region, collaborating with other PMI personnel to advance regional objectives.
  • Cross-Regional Collaboration: Partner with counterparts in different regions to execute a cohesive account strategy that benefits multiple areas.
  • Industry Network Development: Build and maintain an effective industry network aligned with regional priorities.
  • Market Insights and Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data within Key Accounts to ensure PMI remains agile and responsive to industry trends and demands.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline is preferred, with a Master's degree viewed as advantageous.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 years in business development and managing intricate B2B sales cycles with multinational corporations.
  • Leadership Experience: Over 7 years of experience in team leadership, process enhancement, change management, contract oversight, forecasting/budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic account planning.
  • Sales Environment Experience: Previous experience in a sales context within a growing global organization or similar product environment.
  • CRM Systems Proficiency: Highly adept in CRM systems, with a preference for experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Advocacy Skills: Proven success in advocating with corporate and/or governmental entities.
  • Effective Presentation Skills: Skilled presenter with experience engaging senior-level global audiences in various settings, from large conferences to intimate discussions.
