Unser Team von etwa 200 Mitarbeitern gewährleistet eine enge Kundenbetreuung und hohe Servicequalität. Unsere Produkte stehen für innovative Lösungen in der wissenschaftlichen Forschung sowie in der pharmazeutischen und chemischen Industrie.

Ihre Aufgaben
Als Field Service Technician bei Thermo Fisher Scientific sind Sie verantwortlich für:
  • Die Installation, Wartung, Qualifizierung und Instandhaltung unserer Systeme.
  • Die Betreuung unserer Kunden in der Region Leipzig, Halle/Nordostdeutschland, mit gelegentlichen Einsätzen in anderen Regionen Deutschlands und im europäischen Ausland.

Ein typischer Arbeitstag
In dieser Position führen Sie folgende Tätigkeiten aus:
  • Installation, Wartung, Qualifizierung und Reparatur der Systeme sowie zugehöriger Peripheriegeräte (Rechner, Pumpen, Kühler, Autosampler).
  • Qualifizierung der oben genannten Systeme.
  • Präzise technische und organisatorische Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Serviceeinsätze unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher Aspekte.
  • Durchführung notwendiger mechanischer und elektronischer Servicearbeiten.
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten gemäß den Unternehmensrichtlinien.
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Angeboten.
  • Durchführung von Produktschulungen und technische Unterstützung der Anwender.

Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen Beruf, idealerweise in den Bereichen Elektronik oder Medizintechnik, oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Elektronik/Elektrotechnik/Physik.
  • Berufserfahrung in einem technischen Beruf, insbesondere in den Bereichen Elektronik, Messtechnik, Analytik oder Medizintechnik.
  • Interesse an analytischen Systemen und der kontinuierlichen Arbeit mit neuen Produkten und Technologien.
  • Effektive, selbstorganisierte und kostenorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft, regelmäßig innerhalb Deutschlands und gelegentlich innerhalb der EMEA-Region.
  • Teamfähigkeit und ein positives Auftreten.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie verhandlungssicheres Deutsch.
  • Sehr gute Hardware- und Softwarekenntnisse, insbesondere der Windows-Betriebssysteme und Anwendungen sowie des Microsoft Office Pakets.
  • Führerschein Klasse B.
