About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our event planning team in the area of Event Management. As an Event Management Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, organization, and execution of events, incentives, internal and external seminars.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and coordination of events, including venue selection, catering, and logistics
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution
  • Assist in the development of event concepts and proposals
  • Conduct research on innovative event ideas and trends
  • Support the event team in the execution of events, including setup, registration, and on-site management

About You

We are looking for a candidate who is studying in the fields of Event, Tourism, Communication, or related fields. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
