Your expertise in sophisticated algorithms will be pivotal in processing vast quantities of image data efficiently, enabling the performance of our advanced photomask systems, which are crucial for the production of flawless microchips.

Your Responsibilities

You will lead multiple sub-product teams that specialize in computational modeling, image processing, high-performance computing, and software solutions. Your leadership will ensure that these teams contribute effectively to the overarching product vision.

Your role involves identifying and negotiating development requirements with both internal and external stakeholders. You will coordinate complex interfaces while possessing a solid technical understanding of the product. Additionally, you will oversee the development progress and shape the strategic direction of the product.

Your Qualifications

• A completed degree in physics, computer science, engineering, or applied mathematics with outstanding results.
• Extensive professional experience in product management, project management, or as a product owner within a SCRUM framework, preferably in algorithm development in the semiconductor field.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning and classical image processing, along with a solid foundation in geometric and physical optics.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++, with additional experience in parallel computing (CUDA, OpenMP, Cloud) being advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, coupled with assertiveness and a collaborative spirit.
• Proficient in English, with a passion for tackling complex challenges both independently and collaboratively.
