Aufgaben
  • Als Executive Assistant to the CPO unterstützen Sie bei strategischen und operativen Aufgaben im Ressort Human Resources.
  • Erarbeiten und erstellen Sie strategisch relevante Präsentationen und Berichte, z. B. Entscheidungsvorlagen, Konzepte oder Analysen.
  • Verantworten Sie die inhaltliche Vor- und Nachbereitung von Gremiensitzungen und moderieren Sie Jour Fixe zwischen dem CPO und HR-Führungskräften.
  • Leiten Sie selbstständig abteilungsübergreifende Projekte in- und außerhalb des Ressort Human Resources und verantworten Sie die Planung und Durchführung von Workshops.
  • Analysieren Sie aktuelle Trends im Human Resources Umfeld und bringen diese aktiv ein.
Ihr Profil
  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschafts- oder sozialwissenschaftliches Studium, wie z. B. BWL, Psychologie, Wirtschaftspädagogik, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung / vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Human Resources.
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Human Resources, vorzugsweise in Bezug auf die Zusammenarbeit mit der Unternehmensleitung aus dem Handel oder der DIY-Branche.
  • Ziel- und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten, strukturierte und organisierte Vorgehensweise.
  • Proaktives Arbeiten und schnelles Einarbeiten in neue Themenfelder.
  • Diplomatisches und kommunikatives Auftreten.
