Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team in Hamburg. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying and acquiring new restaurant partners, building strong relationships, and driving business growth through our software solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential restaurant partners in Hamburg, leveraging your knowledge of the local market and gastronomy scene.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new partners, including proactive outreach, meetings, and negotiations.
- Analyze restaurants and build long-term relationships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with our DACH sales team and internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis and provide regular reporting to management on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the gastronomy or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and gastronomy scene in Hamburg.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with restaurant owners and staff.
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
