Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will play a vital role in helping our advertisers achieve their business objectives through effective social media marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Social Media Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive social media marketing plans to drive business results for our advertisers.
- Provide Expert Guidance and Support: Offer expert advice and assistance to advertisers on social media marketing best practices and industry trends.
- Analyze and Optimize Social Media Advertising Metrics: Monitor and analyze social media advertising metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with advertisers through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest social media marketing trends and best practices to ensure our advertisers receive the best possible service.
- Fluency in Dutch: Strong proficiency in the Dutch language is essential for this role.
- Minimum 1 Year of Sales/Marketing Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or marketing is required for this position.
- Passion for Social Media Marketing: A genuine passion for social media marketing and a solid understanding of the digital landscape are essential for success in this role.
- Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building and maintaining strong relationships with advertisers.
- Strategic Mindset: A strategic mindset is required to address client needs and develop effective social media marketing strategies.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills are necessary for analyzing social media advertising metrics and optimizing campaigns for better results.
- Comprehensive Training Program: A 4-week training program that includes intensive classroom instruction, practical shadowing with experienced colleagues, and completion of the Meta Blueprint Certification in digital marketing.
