Support Assistant for Disability Care (m/f/d)

30 hours per week - Shift work (excluding night shifts)

Diakonisches Werk im Ev. Kirchenkreis Gladbeck-Bottrop-Dorsten gGmbH is dedicated to offering comprehensive support and various living assistance services for individuals with disabilities.

At our facilities, individuals with intellectual disabilities, regardless of their care requirements, find a nurturing environment to live and flourish. Our residential program is designed to integrate individuals into a supportive community, enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing companionship and support to residents in their daily activities
  • Engaging creatively in the planning and execution of recreational and activity programs
  • Assisting with the fundamental care needs of residents
  • Contributing to the development of personalized and needs-oriented support plans
