Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Officer to join our team at BRABUS GmbH. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from proposal to delivery, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
  • Collaborate closely with project leaders and clients to guarantee project success.
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients and suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and control project timelines, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon deadlines.
  • Support project teams in various aspects of project management.
  • Update and maintain project-related data in our enterprise resource planning system.
  • Perform various administrative tasks and support the project team as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
  • Several years of experience as a Project Management Officer or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of project management principles and experience with MS Project.
  • Experience in controlling and familiarity with project management standards and quality assurance.
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational skills, combined with the ability to prepare, communicate, and present complex information effectively.
  • Team player with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive results.
