About the RoleWe are looking for a sales professional who can successfully discuss our highly innovative diabetes care portfolio with a focus on flash glucose monitoring. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the diabetes industry and local market conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and acquire new customers for our products through routine customer visits
- Prepare and support the launch of new products/technologies in the assigned territory
- Support effective regional Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management
- Develop measures to acquire and retain strategically important customers
- Monitor the market and competition
- Implement product training events in the territory
- Report daily via the CRM system and execute administrative tasks
- Completed studies in a business or scientific discipline or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a sales representative in the pharmaceutical sales force
- Knowledge of the diabetes industry and local market conditions is desirable
- High sales competence, communication, and negotiation skills
- Flexibility and strong active listening skills
- Very good German and good English skills
- Full-time employment
