Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Specialist to join our Regulatory Reporting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our ESG regulatory reporting process. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to analyze and implement regulatory requirements, develop and maintain reporting processes, and provide expert advice on ESG-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust and compliant ESG regulatory reporting process
- Analyze and implement regulatory requirements, including the SFDR Article 10
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external auditors to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Develop and maintain technical solutions to support reporting processes
- Provide expert advice on ESG-related matters to internal and external stakeholders
- Represent DWS in national and international industry forums
Requirements
- Relevant degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the asset management industry
- Excellent knowledge of ESG regulatory requirements, including the SFDR
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
