Responsibilities

As an XR Project Coordinator, you will serve as the primary communication link between partners and our internal team to ensure alignment in technical, creative, and logistical aspects.

Your role will involve drafting project proposals, applying for funding, and overseeing as well as partially executing marketing strategies.

You will establish, prioritize, and manage project timelines, monitor project milestones and deliverables, and effectively communicate project updates to stakeholders.

Collaborating with both our internal and external teams, you will refine and document the prototype production workflow by scheduling, facilitating, and ensuring adherence to best practices, capturing the overall status of the projects.

Qualifications

  • Experience in events, XR, project management, and marketing
  • Proficiency in writing proposals and marketing content
  • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in utilizing project/task management software
  • Able to collaborate effectively with others remotely using

    online collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
