Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and process orders, invoices, and payments
- Support the sales team in creating and sending quotes
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on financial and logistical matters
- Implement and optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- Completed education in a related field, such as industrial management, business administration, or logistics
- First-hand experience in accounting, taxation, and order processing
- Basic knowledge of international tax laws, German VAT system, and international accounting standards
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP and CRM systems
- Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) and good English language skills
