Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Publisher Account Manager to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our monetization team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with publishers, managing our sales pipeline, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality traffic for our clients' campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Head of Monetization to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Manage a robust pipeline of prospects and provide accurate forecasts and reports to management
  • Engage with publishers through online and offline channels and represent us at trade events and conferences
  • Oversee existing inventory yields by trafficking ad campaigns within our ad ecosystems
  • Monitor revenue, performance, and optimization metrics to analyze traffic placement trends
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of digital media campaign setup, optimization, strategy, and reporting
Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management within an Ad Agency or AdTech/MarTech/Mobile Industry
  • Solid understanding of the mobile ad industry
  • Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
  • Positive attitude with a strong eagerness to learn
