Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a proficient Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects at Eiffage Infra-Nordwest GmbH. As a prominent player in the construction sector in Germany, we focus on intricate infrastructure initiatives within engineering, civil engineering, and railway construction.

Your duties:
  • Overseeing construction projects in collaboration with site management
  • Monitoring personnel and subcontractors on-site
  • Executing technical and scheduling plans for construction activities
  • Compiling daily reports and assessing subcontractor performance
  • Ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards on-site
  • Assisting with project billing, work preparation, construction scheduling, and resource planning
  • Conducting quality assurance and inspections
Qualifications:
  • Degree in construction technology with certification as a construction site manager
  • Experience in concrete and steel construction or civil engineering
  • Team-oriented with strong leadership, organizational skills, and adaptability
  • Ability to work independently with a solid technical understanding
  • Collaborative mindset with the capability to inspire team members
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Valid driver's license and readiness to travel
  • Strong command of the German language
