• Overseeing construction projects in collaboration with site management
• Monitoring personnel and subcontractors on-site
• Executing technical and scheduling strategies for construction projects
• Generating daily reports and assessing subcontractor performance
• Ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards on-site
• Assisting with project invoicing, work preparation, construction timelines, and resource planning
• Conducting quality assurance and inspections

• Degree in construction technology along with certification as a site manager
• Experience in concrete and steel construction or civil engineering
• Team-oriented with strong leadership, organizational abilities, and adaptability
• Ability to work independently with a solid technical understanding
• Collaborative mindset with the capability to inspire team members
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Valid driver's license and readiness to travel
• Proficient command of the German language
