About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team at sekurit_service in Kerpen. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Warehousing and Inventory Management: You will be responsible for the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Commissioning and Quality Control: You will be responsible for inspecting and verifying the quality of goods received and dispatched.
  • Packaging and Shipping: You will be responsible for packaging and shipping goods to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Receiving and Loading/Unloading Goods: You will be responsible for receiving and loading/unloading goods from trucks using a forklift.
  • Administrative Tasks: You will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, such as data entry and inventory reporting, as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using computerized systems, including inventory management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including early morning and evening shifts, as required.
  • Valid forklift license and good driving skills.
