Senior Sales Development Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Development Representative to join our team at Hivebuy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Active telephone outreach to generate leads and schedule demos
  • Preparation and execution of outbound email campaigns
  • Research and creation of lead lists on LinkedIn
  • Conducting initial calls to qualify leads
  • Close collaboration with the marketing team to process inbound leads
  • Management and maintenance of leads and deals in Hubspot

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with C2-level German and English proficiency in writing and speaking
  • Passion for software products and innovative solutions
  • Structured and independent work style
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B software sales
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Hubspot)
  • High resilience and perseverance
