Job Title: Group Lead Upgrade Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Lead Upgrade Sales to join our Nordex Group team. As a key member of our Upgrades Sales Team, you will be responsible for leading the upgrade sales activities globally, working closely with sales managers in regional service organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Technical Sales Specialists to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to secure upgrade sales in line with budget and monitor the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to support budget process and after-sales business plan, including forecasting.
  • Provide technical interface between customers and company engineering, manufacturing, and program management representatives.
  • Research customer technical requirements and prepare technical sales briefings for customer and company representatives.
  • Convince decision-makers on the customer side based on commercial and technical knowledge.
  • Secure best practice sharing across regional sales teams and prepare sales campaigns and related sales forecasts.
  • Develop pricing and contract requirements and investigate new applications or improvements to products with customers.

Requirements:

  • Technical and/or commercial university degree, ideally with professional experience and track record in sales or aftersales in an industrial organization.
  • Experience in product management and creation of sales campaigns.
  • Experience from the Wind Industry and first track record of successfully leading a team would be an asset.
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, with a curious personality and ability to drive sales opportunities to success in a dynamic work environment.
  • Analytically strong with a structured, careful, and reliable way of working.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, intercultural awareness, and experience in communicating with clients would be an asset.
  • Cooperative working style, good team understanding, and flexibility.
  • Fluency in English.
