As a Customer Relationship Management Specialist (m/w/d) at Hyundai Motor Europe, you will assume a pivotal role in enhancing B2C/B2B CRM effectiveness across multiple European markets. Your expertise in CRM architecture (programs, processes, regulations, data, etc.) will enable you to engage with local management teams to identify challenges and areas for enhancement, while also delivering centralized guidelines informed by insights and best practices from a regional perspective.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and refining B2C/B2B CRM standard processes and regulations for European markets.
  • Grasping the CRM framework, including customer journeys and lifecycle stages.
  • Evaluating CRM-related initiatives, processes, and regulations impacting customer interactions.
  • Conducting research and benchmarking to provide valuable insights into CRM trends across Europe.
  • Overseeing the management and enhancement of standard communication and campaign materials within the CRM platform.
  • Contributing to project management efforts as a key CRM stakeholder.
  • Designing and monitoring integrated CRM-related KPIs and dashboards.
  • Assessing CRM communication and campaign strategies while analyzing performance outcomes.
  • Generating regular reports and presentations for internal teams.
  • Collaborating with CRM platform and IT managers to improve platform features and processes.
  • Creating and managing training resources as necessary.
  • Planning and facilitating official communications and events among CRM teams across various business units and markets.

About you:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in CRM data analysis and performance metrics, preferably within the automotive sector.
  • A solid understanding of CRM trends and practices in European markets, including customer lifecycle stages related to sales and aftersales.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or Siebel.
  • The ability to analyze CRM data, recognize trends, and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to convey insights clearly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
