Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter für die Auftragsabwicklung to join our team at BRABUS GmbH.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire order fulfillment process, from quote creation to invoice issuance, utilizing our Business Central system.
  • Efficiently handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Update and maintain customer data in our Business Central system.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our business.
Requirements:
  • Completed commercial education or equivalent.
  • First-hand experience in a similar role or commercial field.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with Business Central or similar ERP systems.
  • Excellent German and good English language skills.
  • Independent, reliable, and meticulous work ethic.
