About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Building Equipment Team Leader to join our team at Gebrüder Peters - Karriere. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and executing maintenance activities in our CAMF system, leading a team of maintenance personnel and subcontractors, and ensuring the smooth operation of our building services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance activities in the CAMF system to ensure optimal system performance and minimize downtime.
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel and subcontractors to ensure effective and efficient delivery of maintenance services.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance personnel and subcontractors to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Plan and execute maintenance and repair activities to ensure the building services are functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate and manage documentation, communication, and coordination with customers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Completed training or apprenticeship in the field of Sanitär-, Klima- und Heizungstechnik (plumbing, HVAC, and heating technology) with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the industrial or commercial sector.
  • Proven experience in personnel management and leadership.
  • Valid driver's license (Class B).
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong quality and customer-focused approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
